Shrimp Focaccia

Newfoundland Coldwater Shrimp, Canada
Ingredients:
1 cup Cooked Shrimp
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbls. Black Olives (chopped)
2 tbls. Fresh Parmesan Cheese (grated)
2 tbls. Green Onion
1 tbls. Basil (chopped)
2 Slices of Provalone Cheese
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Prepare the
focaccia bread by slicing in half. Spoon the Shrimp mixture
onto the bread and cover with the provolone cheese. Broil
on low until cheese is light brown and bubbling.
